Beta-Test ‘Procrastination to Productivity In Under 30-Days’ Application Form

1) Where do you live and what is your time zone?

3) 95% of people admit to procrastinating. Of those, 25% admit that it’s a chronic, defining characterstic. Being honest, would you say you procrastinate sometimes or is it a chronic, defining characteristic?

4) What would you say is the number one challenge for you when it comes to dealing with procrastination? If it helps to answer this, ask yourself what might you wake up at 3 am worrying about? “I wish I could… or If Only I could….”?

5) The beta course will be delivered in 9 modules over a two week period. There will be a video to watch for each module and you will be set homework that will help you move from procrastination and into productivity. Supportive accountability coaching will also be an integral part of the course to help you do the modules and the homework, with the sole aim of teaching you lifelong skills to make you more productive. Most of the modules and homework are not expected to take up much time, but there will of course be a time comittment needed to do the modules successfully (we’re still working on the specific time estimates – and we’re trying to keep them prudent). In principle, are you ready to make the time to watch the videos, do the homework and attend the online coaching?

6) Testimonial – This course for paying customers will likely retail for at least $3000 and as we’re beta-testing to get the kinks out, we are not going to charge anything like that for our beta-testers. All we ask in return is for your honest feedback after each module and that you absolutely commit to do each module (and the homework). And finally, your agreement that we can film a testimonial from you and use it in our marketing. Is this acceptable to you?
